Where We Ship
RXPECT ships Australia-wide. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over \00 AUD. Orders under \00 incur a flat-rate shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST, excluding public holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Estimates
- Metro areas (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided.
Returns
30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging attached
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Undergarments and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at admin@rxpect.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@rxpect.com. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except where the return is due to our error or a faulty product).
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us at admin@rxpect.com with your order number and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
