1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Product Descriptions and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.
  • All payment transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order until the item has been dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RXPECT is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Has a major defect or fault
  • Does not match its description or sample
  • Is not fit for its stated purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, RXPECT excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product in question, at our discretion.
